Wingstop-Style Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups mayo
- 3 Hidden Valley restaurant-style ranch seasoning packets
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Add the buttermilk and mayo to a large mixing bowl, whisking until smooth and fully combined with no lumps.
- Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning packets and Worcestershire sauce, whisking thoroughly to evenly distribute the seasoning.
- Gently fold in the blue cheese crumbles, leaving some pieces intact for classic chunky texture.
- Stir slowly until the dressing is creamy and thick, making sure the blue cheese is evenly suspended throughout.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to fully thicken.
- Serve chilled as a dip or dressing, stirring once before serving for the best consistency.
