Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 3 Hidden Valley restaurant-style ranch seasoning packets
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Add the buttermilk and mayo to a large mixing bowl, whisking until smooth and fully combined with no lumps.
  • Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning packets and Worcestershire sauce, whisking thoroughly to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  • Gently fold in the blue cheese crumbles, leaving some pieces intact for classic chunky texture.
  • Stir slowly until the dressing is creamy and thick, making sure the blue cheese is evenly suspended throughout.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dressing to fully thicken.
  • Serve chilled as a dip or dressing, stirring once before serving for the best consistency.
