Low Calorie Ranch

This Low Calorie Ranch is creamy, tangy, and packed with classic ranch flavor without the heavy calories. Made with light mayo, Greek yogurt, and buttermilk, it’s smooth, herby, and perfect for dipping, drizzling, or dressing up your favorite meals.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and low fat buttermilk. Whisk together until completely smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
  • Add the ranch seasoning mix, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk thoroughly until all the seasoning is fully incorporated and evenly distributed.
  • Adjust seasonings here to desire taste. I added 1-2 tbsp of additional buttermilk to help thin it out.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to fully meld together. Stir once more before serving and enjoy as a dip or dressing.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
