Low Calorie Ranch
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add light mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and low fat buttermilk. Whisk together until completely smooth and creamy with no lumps remaining.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk thoroughly until all the seasoning is fully incorporated and evenly distributed.
- Adjust seasonings here to desire taste. I added 1-2 tbsp of additional buttermilk to help thin it out.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to fully meld together. Stir once more before serving and enjoy as a dip or dressing.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor.
