Homemade Burger Sauce

This is the kind of burger sauce that instantly upgrades everything it touches. Creamy, tangy, and packed with savory flavor, it’s perfect for burgers, fries, and anything coming off the grill.

Ingredients 

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp chives, optional
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Add the mayo, ketchup, dill pickle relish, chives, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Make sure everything is measured out before mixing for even flavor.
  • Stir the ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if desired, adding more pepper or relish to suit your preference.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Spoon generously onto burgers, sandwiches, or use as a dip for fries and enjoy.
