Homemade Burger Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tbsp chives, optional
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
- Add the mayo, ketchup, dill pickle relish, chives, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Make sure everything is measured out before mixing for even flavor.
- Stir the ingredients together until the sauce is completely smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if desired, adding more pepper or relish to suit your preference.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Spoon generously onto burgers, sandwiches, or use as a dip for fries and enjoy.
