Ingredients

WRAP FILLING

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 8 slices turkey
  • 8 slices ham
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot hoagie spread
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

FOR WRAPPING

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • On a large cutting board, pile the shredded lettuce, turkey, ham, cooked bacon, provolone, and diced tomato together. Using a sharp knife, chop everything into small, even pieces until you achieve a rough but cohesive mixture.
  • Drizzle the mayonnaise and hot hoagie spread over the chopped mixture, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Continue chopping and folding the ingredients together for 1–2 minutes until evenly coated and well combined.
  • Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon a generous portion of the chopped filling into the center. Spread it into an even line, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then tightly roll from the bottom up, keeping pressure on the wrap to ensure it stays compact. Roll firmly so the filling is snug and evenly distributed.
  • For a tighter wrap, place the seam side down and let it rest for 2–3 minutes to seal. Slice in half with a sharp knife and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy fresh as is or chill for 15–20 minutes before slicing for clean cuts and even better flavor melding.
