Chopped Buffalo Chicken Wraps

These chopped buffalo chicken wraps are bold, creamy, and packed with heat in every bite. Crispy bacon, spicy buffalo chicken, and cool ranch come together for an easy wrap that’s perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.

Ingredients 

CHOPPED FILLING

  • 2.5 cups shredded lettuce
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 buffalo chicken tenders, cooked
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

WRAPS

  • 2 Large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Add the lettuce, cooked bacon, buffalo chicken tenders, provolone cheese, and sliced tomato to a large cutting board.
  • Using a sharp knife, chop everything together until you reach a rough, even chop.
  • Drizzle the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the chopped mixture.
  • Continue chopping and folding everything together until fully mixed and coated, adjusting the sauces to your taste.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly on a skillet or griddle over medium heat for 30–60 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
  • Spoon the chopped buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, keeping it evenly distributed for easy wrapping.
  • Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately
