Chopped Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
CHOPPED FILLING
- 2.5 cups shredded lettuce
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 4 buffalo chicken tenders, cooked
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
WRAPS
- 2 Large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Add the lettuce, cooked bacon, buffalo chicken tenders, provolone cheese, and sliced tomato to a large cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, chop everything together until you reach a rough, even chop.
- Drizzle the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the chopped mixture.
- Continue chopping and folding everything together until fully mixed and coated, adjusting the sauces to your taste.
- Warm the tortillas slightly on a skillet or griddle over medium heat for 30–60 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
- Spoon the chopped buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla, keeping it evenly distributed for easy wrapping.
- Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately
