WRAP FILLING
- 2 handfuls shredded lettuce
- 3/4 lb turkey
- 3/4 lb ham
- 1/3 lb Colby jack cheese
- 1 lb bacon cooked
- 1 beefsteak tomato sliced
DRESSING
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp hot hoagie spread
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly.
On a large cutting board, add the lettuce, turkey, ham, Colby jack cheese, bacon, and sliced tomato. Using a sharp knife, chop everything together until the mixture is evenly combined and finely chopped.
Transfer the chopped mixture to a large bowl and add the mayo, hot hoagie spread, red wine vinegar, and oil. Toss thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly coated and well mixed.
Taste the filling and adjust the dressing if needed by adding more mayo or hoagie spread to your preference. The mixture should be creamy but still packed with texture.
Lay a large tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chopped filling into the center. Fold in the sides tightly and roll the tortilla into a secure wrap.
Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper for an easy grab-and-go meal. Enjoy while fresh and loaded with flavor.
