Raising Cane’s-Style Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the mayo and ketchup to a small mixing bowl, stirring until completely smooth and evenly combined.
- Sprinkle in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt, making sure the spices distribute evenly throughout the sauce.
- Whisk the mixture thoroughly for 30–45 seconds until the sauce is creamy with no visible streaks.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning slightly if needed, keeping the balance tangy, savory, and lightly peppery.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
- Serve chilled as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers, fries, or sandwiches, storing leftovers refrigerated for up to 5 days.
