Raising Cane’s-Style Dipping Sauce

This homemade version of the iconic Raising Cane’s sauce is creamy, tangy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right savory bite. It comes together in minutes and tastes even better after a short rest, making it ideal for chicken, fries, or burgers.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Add the mayo and ketchup to a small mixing bowl, stirring until completely smooth and evenly combined.
  • Sprinkle in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt, making sure the spices distribute evenly throughout the sauce.
  • Whisk the mixture thoroughly for 30–45 seconds until the sauce is creamy with no visible streaks.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning slightly if needed, keeping the balance tangy, savory, and lightly peppery.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
  • Serve chilled as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers, fries, or sandwiches, storing leftovers refrigerated for up to 5 days.
