SLIDERS
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lb sliced deli turkey
- 1/2 lb sliced deli ham
- 1/2 lb sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
GRINDER LETTUCE
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
GARLIC BUTTER
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Preheat your oven to 350°F and heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Slice the King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected, and toast both cut sides until lightly golden.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the toasted rolls, then layer on the turkey, ham, roast beef, and Swiss cheese.
Transfer the sliders to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the Swiss cheese is fully melted and the meats are warmed through. While the sliders bake, toss the shredded lettuce with the mayonnaise, olive oil, and red wine vinegar until lightly coated.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Remove the sliders from the oven and either add the dressed lettuce immediately or wait until the buns are finished baking if you prefer the lettuce to stay completely cold and crisp.
Place the top half of the rolls over the sliders and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. Return the sliders to the oven for another 5 minutes until the tops are lightly toasted and glossy.
Remove the sliders from the oven and let them rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing along the seams into individual sandwiches. Serve warm with chips, pickles, or your favorite deli sides for the ultimate deli-style meal.
