Ingredients

DILL MAYONNAISE

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp dill relish
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt

SLIDERS

  • 1 Package of King’s Hawaiian Original Slider Rolls
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ½ lb Sliced turkey
  • 8 pieces Cooked bacon
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup Melted butter

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayo, chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, dill relish, sugar, celery seed, and salt. Stir until smooth and well blended, place in fridge for 30 minutes so the flavors can meld.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact, and lightly toast both cut sides until just warm and slightly golden.
  • Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of the rolls. Layer on sliced turkey, cooked bacon, and Swiss cheese evenly across the rolls.
  • Place the top buns back on and brush them generously with melted butter. This helps the sliders bake up golden and flavorful.
  • Transfer the sliders to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm with extra dill mayonnaise on the side for dipping.
