RANCH DRESSING
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh chives finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
Add the mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl and whisk until completely smooth and well combined.
Stir in the parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper mixing until the herbs are evenly distributed.
Add the lemon juice a little at a time, tasting as you go, until the ranch has a bright and balanced flavor.
Adjust the consistency by whisking in additional buttermilk if you prefer a thinner, more pourable dressing.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
Give it a final stir before serving, then use as a dip, salad dressing, or sauce for burgers and wraps.
