Ingredients

RANCH DRESSING

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add the mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl and whisk until completely smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper mixing until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  • Add the lemon juice a little at a time, tasting as you go, until the ranch has a bright and balanced flavor.
  • Adjust the consistency by whisking in additional buttermilk if you prefer a thinner, more pourable dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
  • Give it a final stir before serving, then use as a dip, salad dressing, or sauce for burgers and wraps.
