SLIDERS
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian rolls
- 2-3 tbsp Spicy mayo
- ½ lb Sliced turkey
- ½ lb Sliced ham
- 5 slices Cheddar cheese
- 5 slices Pepper jack cheese
- Potato chips or kettle chips
GRINDER SALAD
- 1 bag shredded lettuce
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Red chili flakes to taste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and toast them cut-side down until lightly golden, brushing both sides with spicy mayo.
Layer the bottom rolls with turkey, ham, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese, stacking evenly for consistent bites.
Place the sliders in a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and just beginning to pull.
Add the shredded lettuce, mayo, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, oregano, red chili flakes, salt, pepperoncini peppers, and red onion to a bowl and mix until creamy and well combined.
Remove the sliders from the oven and add a layer of chips directly on top of the melted cheese to lock in crunch and texture.
Pile the grinder salad over the chips, cap with the top rolls, slice into sliders, and serve immediately.
