Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
PRETZEL BITES
- 1 bag pretzel bites
- Avocado oil spray
CINNAMON SUGAR
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
GLAZE
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined.
- Place the pretzel bites in a large bowl and lightly spray them with avocado oil. Toss gently so each pretzel bite gets a thin coating of oil.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pretzel bites and toss until all sides are evenly coated. The oil helps the cinnamon sugar stick to the pretzels.
- Spread the coated pretzel bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes, just long enough to warm them through.
- While the pretzels bake, whisk together powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the milk slightly if needed to reach a thick but pourable glaze.
- Remove the pretzel bites from the oven and drizzle the glaze over the top while they are still warm. Serve immediately for the best sweet, soft, and slightly crisp texture.
